This policy explains how to cancel a Woolfe subscription and when you may be eligible for a refund. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access to your paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
The Free plan costs nothing and can be used or stopped at any time. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.
Unless required by applicable law, subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started, because the Service is a digital service delivered immediately.
That said, we would rather fix a problem than argue about it. We may provide a refund at our discretion in cases such as:
Refunds, when granted, are issued to the original payment method for the amount paid, typically for the current billing period rather than past periods already used.
If you are a consumer in the EEA, UK, or another region with mandatory withdrawal or refund rights, those rights apply regardless of this policy. Note that such rights can be affected once digital services are used with your consent. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive under applicable law.
Payments are handled by our payment provider acting as merchant of record. Refunds, where applicable, are processed through that same provider back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on the provider and your bank.
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the date of the charge and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days and to resolve valid requests promptly.
Please contact us before raising a chargeback. If a charge looks wrong, write to us first — most issues are resolved quickly and we will refund anything that is our error. Raising a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without contacting us first, or where the charge was legitimate, may result in your account being suspended or closed while the dispute is resolved. This does not affect any statutory right you have to dispute a payment.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the current version. Changes do not affect refund requests already submitted.
