These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Woolfe (the “Service”), operated by Individual Entrepreneur Andrey Kokin (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Contents
The Service is provided by Individual Entrepreneur Andrey Kokin, a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Armenia with registered address at Manushyan Street 81/1, Arabkir, Yerevan 0012, Republic of Armenia. You can reach us at [email protected].
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. We sign you in using a one-time code sent to your email address; keep access to that inbox secure.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You may not share your account or let others use it on your behalf without our permission.
Woolfe is a tool that helps you generate, edit, link, and publish written content, including to third-party content management systems you connect. The Service uses AI models to produce drafts based on the inputs you provide.
We may add, change, or remove features over time. We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Service operates using an AI model API key that you provide (“BYOK”). You are responsible for obtaining that key, for complying with the model provider's terms, usage policies and acceptable-use rules, and for all usage and costs billed to your key by that provider. We do not charge you for the AI usage itself and are not a party to your relationship with the model provider.
You are solely responsible for the security of your API key. Any dispute or claim relating to AI usage costs, tokens, model availability, rate limits, outages, or any other aspect of the model provider's service is strictly between you and that provider. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising in connection with your use of BYOK or any dispute with a model provider.
Model providers may change their pricing, models, rate limits, availability, or terms at any time, including deprecating or removing specific models. We are not liable for such changes. Where they affect the Service, we will make reasonable efforts to support an equivalent model, but we do not guarantee any specific model.
We store your key using encryption and use it only to operate the Service on your behalf. We never display your full key back to you after it is saved.
You own the inputs you provide (topics, keywords, settings, and any material you upload) — together, “Your Input”. Content produced by the Service from Your Input is “Generated Content”. Your Input and Generated Content together are “Your Content”.
As between you and us, you retain all rights you may have in Your Content, including Generated Content, and you are free to use it for any lawful purpose, including commercially. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.
We note that the legal status of AI-generated material differs between countries, and in some jurisdictions such material may not attract copyright protection at all. We make no representation that Generated Content is protectable, original, or free of similarity to existing material.
You grant us a limited licence to process, store, and transmit Your Content solely to operate the Service for you — for example, to generate drafts, run the editor pass, and publish to a CMS you connect. We do not use Your Content to train our own models.
You are responsible for Your Content, including that you have the rights to any material you submit, and that Your Content does not infringe anyone's rights or break any law.
Deleting content. You can delete Your Content from the Service. Note that residual copies may persist in backups or logs for a limited period before being overwritten in the ordinary course. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the failure to remove or delete any copy of Your Content.
AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unintentionally similar to existing material. The Service also uses AI to produce external links and citations within articles. These links and citations are AI-generated and may be inaccurate, may not match the intended source, or may reference material that does not exist — a phenomenon commonly described as “hallucination”.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and fact-checking all output before you rely on it or publish it, including every AI-generated external link and citation. We do not verify AI-generated links or citations and are not liable for inaccuracies, misattributions, or any issue arising from their use.
Receiving output that does not meet your expectations does not entitle you to a refund of subscription fees, and where you use your own model key, you remain responsible for the underlying AI usage costs regardless of the quality of the output.
We make no guarantee that content created with the Service will achieve any particular search engine ranking, traffic level, indexing outcome, or other performance metric. Search engines and platforms control their own ranking systems and policies, which change without notice.
Ensuring that content meets your standards, complies with the rules of any platform you publish to, and is optimized for your goals rests entirely with you. Your use of the Service, and any reliance on content produced with it, is at your own risk.
Paid plans described as “unlimited” mean that we do not impose a fixed monthly cap on the number of articles you generate. They are subject to fair use: the Service is intended for normal individual or business use, not for automated bulk exploitation, resale of generated output at scale, or usage patterns that materially degrade performance or availability for other users.
We may monitor usage patterns and, where usage significantly exceeds normal levels or affects our ability to serve others, we may throttle, temporarily suspend, or apply additional charges to that account. We will use reasonable efforts to contact you before taking such action, except where immediate action is needed to protect the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You are responsible for ensuring Your Content complies with the rules of any platform you publish it to. We may investigate suspected misuse and suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.
The Service produces general written content. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, investment, tax, accounting, or other professional advice, and nothing it generates should be relied on as such. Content on financial, crypto, health, or legal topics is especially likely to be inaccurate or out of date.
You remain solely responsible for any decision made or action taken on the basis of content generated with the Service, and for having such content reviewed by a qualified professional where appropriate.
You may not use the Service in violation of applicable export control, sanctions, or trade laws. You represent that you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or acting on behalf of a person or entity in a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, and that you are not listed on any applicable restricted-party or sanctions list.
We may refuse, restrict, or suspend access to the Service where required by export control laws, sanctions regulations, or applicable trade restrictions.
We aim to keep the Service running reliably, but we do not guarantee uptime. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and unplanned interruptions may occur, and third-party services the Service depends on may become unavailable. No service level agreement applies unless we have agreed one with you separately in writing.
If you believe content produced or published using the Service infringes your copyright, or you want to report abuse, email [email protected] with:
The same address can be used to report illegal content, spam or scam activity, or a compromised account. We investigate reports and may remove content or suspend accounts where appropriate. We may terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
The Service offers a free plan and paid subscription plans described on our pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
Payments are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record. That provider handles the transaction and is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable taxes. By subscribing, you also agree to the payment provider's terms where they apply to the transaction.
Taxes. Prices shown are exclusive of tax unless stated otherwise. VAT, sales tax, or equivalent may be added at checkout depending on your location, and will be shown before you confirm payment.
Fees are stated on the pricing page and may change; we will give notice of changes to recurring fees before they take effect for your next billing period.
You can cancel a paid plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Payment disputes and chargebacks. If something is wrong with a charge, please contact us first at [email protected] — we will look into it and put right anything that is our error. Raising a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without contacting us first, or where the charge was legitimate, may result in us suspending or closing your account while the dispute is resolved. We may also decline to provide the Service to accounts associated with fraudulent payment activity. This does not affect any statutory right you have to dispute a payment.
The Service itself — including its software, design, and trademarks — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our branding or software except the limited right to use the Service as intended.
The Service integrates with third parties you choose to connect, such as AI model providers and content management systems. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms end, and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.
What survives. Termination does not affect any payment already due, and the following continue to apply after these Terms end: your model API key obligations (section 04), the licence and responsibilities for Your Content (section 05), AI output responsibilities (section 06), no guarantee of results (section 07), our intellectual property (section 16), disclaimers (section 18), limitation of liability (section 19), indemnification (section 20), and governing law (section 25).
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the Service, you agree that we may use them freely, without any obligation, restriction, attribution, or compensation to you. This does not give us any rights to Your Content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, for example by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service, and replace any earlier understandings on the subject.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be applied to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms, or your account, without our written consent. We may assign these Terms — for example, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business.
Notices. We may give you notice by email to the address on your account, or by posting in the Service. Notice by email is treated as received on the day it is sent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of the Republic of Armenia, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
